To help lead such a dedicated and caring group of individuals is a tremendous opportunity for me. It will be an honor to work with the talented individuals throughout this exceptional organization,” said DeRosa.

Much of the NAO-staff-family has already known Dr. DeRosa for many years. “Carl has well demonstrated his commitment to Flagstaff and the greater Arizona communities in a large number of leadership roles,” said NAO President Timothy Bonatus, D.O. “We share a common vision of the future of musculoskeletal care in our region. He is our choice to lead NAO into the next era of healthcare.”

With the shift, current CEO Joe Smith will step down and return to his home in Florida. Smith was instrumental in many positive changes and improvements for the business, and will leave an impressive track record behind him.
