Free Halloween Event for Families  FLAGSTAFF, AZ- The Summit Center kicks off Halloween with its annual Trick-Or-Treat Trail in the early evening of Tuesday, Oct. 31 from 4 – 5:30 p.m. This year, there will be a multi-themed motif inside the Summit Center. Chronic pain is a worldwide epidemic with more than 1.5 billion people living with this relentless condition. In the U.S., chronic pain affects more Americans than diabetes, heart disease and cancer combined. News Release: NAO donates $3,500 to local HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETICS

  This past weekend, volunteer physicians, physician assistants, physical therapists and support staff from Northern Arizona Orthopaedics (NAO) and DeRosa Physical Therapy (DPT), helped 175 student athletes begin their 2016-2017 school year ready to begin playing their sports. Each athlete was charged only $10 and matched by NAO, an independent orthopaedic practices which shares a philanthropic initiative to donate to the athletic programs at Flagstaff high schools. A total of $3,500 will be gifted this year. The funds will support the school’s athletic programs, including fees, training, travel, equipment, uniforms, and financial help for athletes who may be financially burdened by the general costs of playing their sport.
